1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
BY USING THE WONBLUD WEBSITE AND INITIATING A PURCHASE, RETURN, OR EXCHANGE REQUEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OUTLINED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE POLICY, WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU NOT TO TRANSACT ON WONBLUD.COM.
THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHECK THIS PAGE REGULARLY FOR ANY UPDATES.
2. HOW TO PLACE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST
TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, CLICK HERE (INSERT RETURN PORTAL LINK).
WE OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED BY OUR TEAM, YOU’LL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION ON YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL. OUR LOGISTICS PARTNER WILL ATTEMPT A PICKUP WITHIN 24–48 HOURS.
PICKUP WILL BE ATTEMPTED TWICE. IF UNSUCCESSFUL, WE MAY REQUEST YOU TO SEND THE PRODUCT DIRECTLY TO OUR WAREHOUSE.
3. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
YOU MAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IF:
- IT DOES NOT FIT
- IT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
- THE PRODUCT OR PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- ACCESSORIES OR PARTS ARE MISSING
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE APPROVED:
- THE PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
- ORIGINAL TAGS, PACKAGING, AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE INTACT
- THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE FREE FROM ANY STAINS, ODOUR, TEARS, OR DAMAGE
- PRODUCTS BOUGHT AS A SET MUST BE RETURNED AS A COMPLETE SET
- RETURN IS BEING PLACED AGAINST THE ORIGINAL ORDER AND MATCHES OUR SYSTEM RECORDS
ONCE THE PRODUCT REACHES OUR WAREHOUSE, IT WILL GO THROUGH QUALITY CHECK (QC). UPON APPROVAL, THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCESS WILL PROCEED.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY FOR EXCHANGES: 7–10 WORKING DAYS
4. REFUNDS & GIFT CARDS
IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
- ✅ A REFUND CREDITED TO YOUR ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT (BANK ACCOUNT, CARD, OR UPI)
- ✅ A WONBLUD GIFT CARD FOR THE SAME VALUE, VALID FOR 6 MONTHS, USABLE ONLINE OR IN-STORE
PLEASE MENTION YOUR PREFERRED OPTION AT THE TIME OF INITIATING YOUR RETURN REQUEST.
NOTE: REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT FAILS THE QC CHECK.
5. CANCELLATIONS
COD ORDERS: CAN BE CANCELLED ONLY IF THEY HAVEN’T BEEN DISPATCHED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.
PREPAID ORDERS: IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED, YOU MAY CANCEL IT AND OPT FOR:
- A FULL REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
- A GIFT CARD OF THE SAME VALUE, VALID FOR 6 MONTHS
ONCE DISPATCHED, PREPAID ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. HOWEVER, YOU MAY INITIATE A RETURN AFTER DELIVERY.
6. 30-DAY PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE
WE OFFER A 30-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR ISSUES RELATED TO:
- COLOUR BLEEDING
- PRINT CRACKS
- STITCHING OR FINISHING FLAWS
IF REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY, WE’LL ARRANGE A PICKUP AND EITHER RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT/REFUND. CLAIMS AFTER 30 DAYS WON’T BE ELIGIBLE.
